Fugu's fin sake

If you have a chance to eat fugu; pufferfish, you should try fin sake too.


Fins of fugu are dried and broiled. Then, put into a warm sake and wait until the sake to become amber color. Then, if you liked the taste, you can ask for refill which is cheaper than ordering the fin sake.
