Unfortunately baseball is influenced by COVID-19 in Japan too. During State of Emergency, games either without audiences or limited number of audiences.
Especially huge impact to NPB, Nippon Professional Baseball teams which can attract 30-50 thousands audiences per game. Revenue from ticket sales is a main income for each team and therefore it can be a critical damage to the team.
Anyway, if you like baseball or if you want to watch a professional baseball game, please buy a ticket and enjoy the game in Japan. We hope there will be no regulation when you visit Japan.
