Ginza is a Japanese restaurant in Wasquehal, suburb of Lille, France.
The sushi is prepared by my Japanese friend, who grew up in Kyushu, Japan.
The owner is Chinese but his wife is Japanese who is also working at the restaurant.
I visited the restaurant in end of November 2017 for lunch and the restaurant was busy with local French people. I chose the Chirashi sushi which comes with miso soup.
Of course the quality and the volume were above my expectation. Then, I paid less than in Prague.
